The Linter-based system developed by the RELEX team for the Voronezh State Traffic Inspection unites the data accumulated in each department into a geographically distributed database, and provides two-way communication between the head office and remote departments.
The system can function in the asynchronous mode, i.e. there may be an interval up to two weeks between the event and its recording in the database.
The system has subsystems for accounting of registered vehicles, issued driving licenses, traffic offences and accidents . It is integrated with federal vehicle and people search systems . The existing system is developing further, and two new subsystems are being implemented.
